Larry attended Cal State Northridge with a major in Business Administration. Before entering the insurance arena, he managed a family-owned bus business for four years. He purchased All-Ways Insurance Agency in 1981 and TIB was formed in 1986.

Karen graduated Magna Cum Laude from National University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She has 30+ years’ experience in all facets of the Insurance industry, on both the Risk and the Brokerage sides of business. She has been involved in Personal and Commercial Lines, Life and Health and Annuities lines of Insurance accounting and finance.

Favi graduated from Glendale Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Business. She then attended California State University Northridge where she majored in Business Administration and minored in Marketing. She has over 30 years of insurance experience with most of those years managing the marketing department at TIB. Favi joined TIB in 1988.
